To raise a new support request using the Nutava Online Portal, choose a relevant category of help from the home page, such as “Technical Support”, then enter the relevant details. Our support team will be notified and will gather a response. You will be notified of all activity on your support request.

Where do I find the online portal and knowledgebase?
Nutava Mining’s online portal and knowledge base can be found at https://nutavamining.com/portal or simply by clicking on the button below.
How do I login to the online portal and knowledgebase?
Once you have navigated to the Nutava Online Portal in your browser, you will be presented with a log in screen. If are a new users, you can sign up (and a confirmation email will be sent to you), otherwise you can enter your email and password.

How do I review my support requests?
You can review review support requests made by yourself or your organisation from the Nutava Online Portal. Once you have logged in, click on “Requests” in the top right of the portal. You will be presented with the list of all support requests which you can filter or click on for further details.

How do I search the online knowledgebase?
Once you have logged in to the Nutava Online Portal, you will be presented with a search box which can be used to find information in the online portal.
Our team is regularly adding new content to the knowledgebase based on feedback from our clients. If you would like to request content to be added on specific topics, then please contact our support team.

Do I have to use the online portal?
No, you do not have to use the Nutava Online Portal. We encourage the use of the online portal so that people can have more insight into their support activities and access the knowledgebase, however it is not required. Below are alternate options to contact our support team.
